Your order means the world to us. In order to fulfill the bird's tail mission of attention to detail, we take each order very seriously. As each piece is handmade in the Bird's Tail studio, shipping can take longer than bigger chain stores. Please allow two - three weeks for us to create and carefully package and ship your pieces. 

 

returns & exchanges

We want you to LOVE your Bird's Tail Jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, we will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 7 days of customer receipt of the shipment. Please note that custom/special-orders are final sale. Custom orders include special sizing, different chain length, additions or deletions to designs, etc..

For returns or exchanges, please email us at info@birdstail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number along with a shipping label. Items cannot be returned or exchanged without this number or label. Please allow 24-48 hours for your Return Authorization Number. 

Before returning your items, please make sure your return fits the following requirements: 

  • Return Authorization number was requested from info@birdstail.com within 7 days of customer receipt of the shipment. 
  • After receiving your return authorization, you must ship your return/exchange within 5 days. 
  • If your return is shipped after 5 days of receiving your return authorization, you will receive an online credit for your return.
  • All items must be returned in unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
  • Please package your items carefully to ensure damage does not occur during reshipment; customers will not be refunded for shipments that were packed improperly and were thus damaged in transit. 

Please allow two weeks for us to receive and issue your refund, whether it be in original payment form or online credit.

Please allow at least two weeks for us to create and carefully package and ship your pieces. We promise to ship your items as fast as we can without sacrificing attention to detail. 

When placing your order, please include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately info@birdstail.com. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $7 re-routing fee.

Bird's Tail Designs cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Unfortunately, customers will be held responsible for any returned shipment and will be charged a $7 re-shipping fee.

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.

Purchases over $75 ship free within the Continental U.S. Please use code FREESHIP75 at checkout. All other orders will be charged a $5 flat fee for shipping within the Continental US. For orders outside of the Continental US, international standard shipping rates apply.

 

Please note:

Bird's tail designs is not responsible for items lost in transit. We require shipping insurance at the customer’s expense for any bulk, wholesale, and international orders.
